A day at the dog park

"Aunt Kathy" called Monday to see if we wanted to take the pups to the park since they had done NOTHING for the past 3 days (it rained ALL weekend). It was a gorgeous day, so we loaded up on the golf cart (riding on the golf cart is half the fun), picked up "Aunt Kathy" and her two pups, Kirby & Hoover and headed to the park. Kathy came prepared and brought us blankets to sit on, toys to play with, and of course treats! The dogs had the best time running around and playing at the park. They played chase, they played with tennis balls, and they sniffed like crazy! The weather was perfect - it wasn't too hot and it wasn't too cool. We all had a great time. As soon as we got home, the dogs crashed.

As I mentioned, Kathy brought a few treats for the dogs in her backpack. The dogs quickly discovered that the treats were in the backpack. As you can see - they tried to dive in the backpack to retrieve them! We decided that if Captain wanted to get in the backpack so bad, we would just put him in it!
